Project description:

  • Located at “the gateway” to Coral Gables
  • The development will encompass: ~105K SF of highly visible retail with credit tenants, ~478K SF of market-rent multifamily inventory (~504 units), and a parking garage with ~968 spaces
  • The project will also include the improvement of the area under the Metrorail (the “underline”) with garden areas and biking/running/walking paths, which will benefit both project residents and Coral Gables
